cannot log in with my correct password in the mobile app

cannot log in with my correct password in the mobile app

 

I have a premium account in Spotify. For some reason i got logged out in my mobile app. Whereas the desktop app is still working, I tried multiple time to log into my 

mobile app, getting an Error, saying that the combination of email address and password is incorrect. I have reset my password a few times, and also managed after each time to log in to the user account in the website with the new password. 

the option log in without a password does not work as well. 

What shall I do?

If you're sure you're entering the correct email and password combination in the mobile app, we'd suggest you try reinstalling the app following the steps here.
