cannot log in

cannot log in

Since this morning I cannot login in my Spotify Premium account.

Changed my password twice, uninstalled-installed the app but nothing helps.

It keeps on telling me that either my username or my password is not correct.

Very annoying and apparently the only way to contact Spotify is via this community.

Spotify please help.

Hey @cima4, help's here. 

 

Have you tried logging in with both your username and email address? If you haven't done that with one of those, try that with the new password. 

 

Your account might be connected to Facebook. If so, it’s possible to log in without resetting the password.

Go back to the log in form and choose LOG IN WITH FACEBOOK.

  • If you’re already logged in to Facebook on the device, you’re logged straight in to Spotify. Success!
  • If you’re not logged in to Facebook on the device, a new web page will open so you can log in to Facebook. Once you’ve logged in with Facebook you’re automatically redirected and logged in to Spotify.

Keep in mind that if you managed to reset your password through the password reset page, and your account was created through Facebook, you might have to log in with your Facebook email address, and the new password you chose.

 

Let us know how it goes, and get back to us with the error message you get if the issue persists, and we'll have a closer look.
