cannot login due to "being abroad" but I'm not abroad

Ok. Let's see if I can explain this coherently. I created a Facebook account that was "located in" Oslo Norway, I however am in Canada. While I was actually in Oslo on vacation tho I created a Spotify account linked to my Facebook account not realizing you can only have 14 days abroad, I've since returned to Canada. So now when I try to login with my Facebook it blocks me saying "14days abroad". I've changed my Facebook location to Canada, and I am still getting the message. No I cannot login into my Spotify to change vpn/proxy data so that isn't an option, and all of my devices were set up in Canada so their data is all local.
