cannot login

my account is broke i think

i want to login and spotify tells me this is the wrong password

i check my phone ps4 and ipad no chance to login. 

i dont know what to do i write the support but the dont reply me

my account is also linked with facebook i try login with facebook no chance

I can not change my password because i dont know my email.

pls help me
