cannot put in credit card information

I cannot change my credit card information, I have a new card and need to change it. Please help.

I have a new account with you and I have new debit card, when I go to
subscription, I get try premium and then I get a circle that only spins and
nothing else, I have let it there for 15 minute and nothing. There is no
way for me to change payment details. Thank you for any help

Can you try using another browser and eventually clearing cookies and cache?

I tried another browser and cleared everything and still get the spinning
circle. I am using windows ten on my laptop. I guess I will just stay with
free subscription. Thank you for all you help.
