cannot sign up

My Question or Issue

Hi

I am from Iran. When i try to create a new account for my brother i face some weird issues. When i fill the sign up form and then press the green "sign up" button at the bottom of the page, it stuck there and just show that three dots on it.

Sorry for bad English! Please help!

P. S. : Look at the picture, it stuck there for ever...!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might also be worth trying another device or a different internet connection.

I literally try everything and none of them worked unfortunately!

It's not only for me. I talked to some of my friends and almost all of them have the same problem.

Spotify would love to be available everywhere but, unfortunately, it hasn't been launched in Iran yet. Make sure to add your votes and comments to this idea if you'd like Spotify to be available there.
