cannot subscribe for a premium

Hi, I've been using spotify premium for 3 months (paid 5.99 every month). Today, I realized that my spotify account was donwgrated to free. I want to subscribe for premium again but I am getting stuck on subscription page.  When I click on "Subscribe" nothing happens. Could you help me please?

I am having the same problem yesterday and today. I have paid for Premium and only getting FREE access on ALL 3 devices (PC, Windows Phone, Ipad)
