cannot unlink credit card after buying gift card

i bought a gift card from my account, it used to have a REMOVE button for me to unlink my credit card, but now I cannot find this button.

How can I unlink it?

Also, the issuing country of my Credit card does not belongs to USA, but my account still showing as USA and there is no option for me to change it?

P.S. after Spotify changed to this interface, huge problem exits, it's the worst update ever.!!!!!

no, the REMOVE button is not showing in Safari, IE nor chrome......

i even tried using different PC, but still cannot see the remove button
