cant access account?

i'm logged into spotify on computer and at the top it has my user name and a little down arrow. i assume so you can access your account info and stuff. i cannot. why is this? makes no sense. i need to change my email addy. 

and how is it post flooding if all i did was try to post this?! it says i tried 1 times in 3600 seconds. lol clearly this site sucks.

The desktop app cannot be used to edit such account info, this can only be done through https://spotify.com/account 🙂
