cant access my account after changing phones

cant access my account after changing phones

hello. I recently changed phones. when I logged back into my spotify account on new phone I have lost all of my songs etc but can not log into on my old phone to try to rectify. I am only using the free spotify on new phone but am paying for premium already..it is asking if I want free trial to premium when I already have it. how do I access my normal account that I am paying for? please help!"

What happened: You most likely logged into an additional account you didn’t know you have. Don’t worry; unless you’ve applied a payment method to it at some point, this account is not costing you anything.


What to do: To get to the account you’re used to, log out of the “empty” account and log in again but, this time, use just your Spotify username, not your email address.
