cant get into account

My friend had signed up for a spotify account with a Facebook account. I got premium for her. But she no longer has the Facebook account and can't log in. I want to stop being charged for something that's not being used. What do I do?

Hi @msgoosy_1980. Getting this sorted should be fairly straight forward. Just give support a shout, let them know what's happening, and they should be able to sort things out for you. Support can be reached one of three ways: through the online contact form; on twitter by reaching out to @SpotifyCares; or by sending a message to the Spotify Cares Facebook page. Please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets support is currently handling.
