i have been using the spotify app on my phone, i am a premium member

the facebook account i used has been deactivated by facebook

i downloaded and tried to log in on my laptop, using the long code it gives me in account information on my phone

it says no email or facebook is linked to the account and my password doesnt work

how do i fix this??????
