cant log in spotiify on tv any more Help !

For many years ago my friend by an "chips boks" maybe i spell it wrong, That get me a WD program on tv , i made my play list in my computer , then i turn on mye tv start the WD throug  tv control, all my play list from the computer was transver to this program, and i could listen to all the music i want , WD program ( spotify play list on tv)was connected to my speakers on both sides, ordinary speakres not small ones .  this function has worked in many years . i get a a mail a coupple if months ago, about spotify on tv, soon i cant play my music on tv anymore ...i have problmes with log in now, i get to the WD program on tv, but i get a message, that "sign in failed , spotify premium is reqiired for this advice, please purchase a premium subscription at www.spotify . com." ? i always use my e mail accont as log in, i have premium account also , always have , whats wrong ? cant i use that "chips" box any more? i am very sad, because i was very pleased with this WD program  on tv, its good sound, because of the speakers,
