cant log in to my spotify account ever since i moved countries, can anyone help?

I made my spotify account in canada had it for about 3 years. Now im in kenya for a while for a holiday. My spotify was working for a few weeks then today it logged me out. When i log in it says my country doesnt match the one thats in my spotfiy account. So i tried to change my country in my account settings and they only gave me one option (canada). Help?

This can sometimes happen when the payment card on the account does not match the country the user is currently in.
