cant log in

Cant log in wont accept when i try to goto forgotten password even though i havnt. Taken my card details before. Am i being ripped off? Not happy facebook will know

Since you have already tried the troubleshooting steps listed in the help article,

 

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

If you can't login to the contact form, then use this alternative form:

 

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-anonymous/

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Did that. No use. Just takes me around in circles. I did the free trial
liked it signed up with my card details to pay. When i went onto the app i
was directed to lod in. My log in was not accepted. I went to forgotten
password. When i tried to change it it was not accepted because my email
was already on record. Cant win. I have deleted the app. I want to know if
my subsciption is activated and if it will continue to be taken out. Im
finding spotify to be far from transparent Who do i contact to check my
status?
