cant log in

Hi did use spotify yesterday and today i cant log i have tried to reset my password but idont get an mail.  cant use my nickname to log in tried to make a new account with same email and it did work.

i got premium account and family the others in family can log in and use there spotify as normal but its like my account have dissapeard.

any ideas anyone plz

You might have used a different email address when you first registered your account. We'd recommend you head over here for tips and tricks on how to find if you have other accounts 🔍

Keep in mind, that if you've create your account with Facebook you can also choose LOG IN WITH FACEBOOK to access it. If you aren't already signed in to Facebook on your device, you will need to enter your Facebook login information.
