My Question or Issue

cant log into my acccount. When i try to log in it says "incorrect email or password", (error code: auth 2) when i try to reset password it says "The username or email you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account" and when i try to sign up using the same email it says "that email is already registered to an account." This is not only my phone, but also my pc and spotify web, essentially i cant use spotify in any capacity

i had that problem before and all i did was make a new account for testing on another email i had laying up on the shelf

so i can never use that account again?

Can you try with a different internet connection?

Another useful step to try is to try from an incognito/private window.

 

On another note, does this happen on one specific device or multiple devices?

ive tried all of the above, none worked. It is on all platforms: desktop, mobile and spotify web. i couldnt even log into this forum i had to use a different account
