cant logg in on Spotify

I already have an account and it won' let me get back on. I already changed my password and everything and I'm not sure what to do next.

Have you tried if you account wasn't connected with Facebook ?

I have the same issue and my account is nit connected with facebook, bevause a have different email at spotify. How can I log in?

Note: after clicking on button "log in" some note is at the bottom of my screen about travelling. It seems like the app thinks I am logged in but the app itself (liberary etc.) is not opened.

Can you try to uninstall and reinstall ?
