Hi,
I have a premium account with facebook login.
I have also a "device password" that I use on my mobile.
I am unable to login to my Family Premium account on my new Tesla Model S.
I am unable to generate a new device password for the car.

Can you give us a bit more info on what happens when you try creating a new device password for your car?
Do you have any trouble logging in using your Facebook email address and regular password?

if i try to create a device password i get a message that more or less says "sorry, your email address is unavailable, disconnect, reconnect and retry (translated from Italian)"
I try to login with the already existing device password (ID with only digits in it) but with no luck.

this I haven't tried yet... you mean that I should use my FB login (id/psw) in the spotify APP in the car?

recap:
- I can't login with my numeric user ID ("device password") & password (associated to this numeric device ID): these are the user/psw i use on my iphone
- I can't login with my email (associated with FB account) & password (generated with the above numeric device ID)
- I can't (of course) login using my id/psw of FB account
- i CAN login with other accounts that are part of my family plan (regular spotify account, not linked to a FB account)
my original sin is to have originally joined spotify via FB!!!
