cant use spotify stuck on mobile devies that cant play.

my spotify i frozen on  mine phone device when i go to the web player i cant change to pc  its just stuck on mobile and the mobile whont make it play either so its useless any way to reset it ??

Can you uninstall and reinstall Spotify for me? If that doesn't solve your issue, try powering down your device, and powering it back on. If none of those work, let me know, and I'll work to get you going again!
