change 6m unlimited to 3m premium

My kid chose accidentally 6m unlimited instead of 3m premium. How to make this change and activate 3m

If you have a payment card you can follow the steps in this help page to upgrade and convert your time. 

Alternatively, if you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they can swap it over for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
