change country

Hi there ! I used spotify in US and now i am back home in france but it's impossible to change the country. In my account the country area cannot be changed but i need to change it to update my french bank account... someone had the same issue ??

Try changing your card info using an incognito window to see if it makes a difference. If not, cancel your subscription and wait for your account to revert to Free.

When it does, try changing your country setting to see if the issue persists.

thank you ! but if i cancel my subscription i cannot listen my music and i will loose my playlist right ?
