Hi there,

 

I moved from London to Italy and now I cannot use the player anymore.

I tried to change my country information on the account info but I cannot because I using an UK credit card.

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and help you with this

Hey! I moved to Finland from Spain, as a free user of Spotify. I tried to change my country in the profile as it´s said in the "Help Community section" but you can´t change it for free. Then i accept to regirter as a Premium and pay, but also is impossible to use your normal credit card. Yo have to create a new one from the country you has moved!! It´s so stupid! Why is that¿? 

I hope there is a solution for this! Even paying is not possible to use it!

I wrote twice but they still send me the automatic response recommending to check the FAQ. DO you know what else can i do? thanks

Reply back to the automated email and tell them you still need help. Someone should then reply with 24-48 hours.

I have reply again throgh the webpage contact but not to their mail, because replying to this address "noreply-support@spotify.com" i don´t think is going to work hehe 

But i will try anyway. Thanks again!

Even if it is a no-reply email address, replying back to it should work
