change my Name/FUlly unlink from a facebook account?

My user account was hacked. I was continually getting logged off due to someone else logging in to my account.

 

i have changed my password, removed all playlists and songs they had (*MANUALLY, one at a time, which sucked).

 

But this person linked his facook account to my PREMIUM account. I obviously removed it, and linked it to my own facebook. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I still see HIS name and facebook pic at the top of my app. How do I fix this?

 

And this community seriously the only way to contact Spotify?? THere is no contact us email or support page that I can find except this site. If I can't get his name off, I will be cancelling my account. I'm a little alarmed that I have no way to reach support if needed.

Hey @lifefanatic,

 

Name + avatar should update within 48 hours. If not, please contact Spotify Support through one of the channels:

Contact form: http://bit.ly/SpotifyCF
Facebook: http://bit.ly/SpotifyCaresFB
Twitter: http://bit.ly/SpotifyCaresTW

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
