change payment method on Premium for Family

I have a Premium for Family account, but on spotify.com I cannot change my payment method of this subscription. How or where can I do this?

Can you please provide a little bit more information about your issue? Are you seeing any error messages when you try to update your payment method?

Hi Maxim,

On my subscription page I only see (see attachement) the option choose Premium (kies premium in dutch) and go for it (aan de slag in dutch) to manage the family accounts. If I choose to manage the family, there I can only add or remove family.

Can you please try the following things:

• Clear your browser's cache and cookies
• Try using another browser
• Try it in ingocnito mode
• Try it on another device
