changing country location

Hello,1st sorry for my bad english but im trying my best

i have my uncle lived in Malaysia and he gave me a gift which is 3months.
a redeem code he buy,he give me the PIN but i need to change the location to MALAYSIA use the premium,now im in PH,can anybody help me here?

Unfortunately, Spotify gift cards can only be redeemed on Spotify accounts registered in the same country where they were purchased.
