changing country settings

i have been locked out of my account because it says the country i am in does not match my settings but when i go to change my country to Canada it does not give me the option to change it from US

does anyone know how to fix this?

That's odd. In this case, can you try changing the country registered on your account one more time with these steps? We recommend that you do it from a computer, using a Google Chrome incognito window. Also, make sure to do it using a private internet connection (home) and that you don't have any VPN connections active that might affect your location.
