changing country without changing billing address

Greetings all,

So I live in Taiwan and pay with a Taiwan visa card. Can I change my account country to USA to have the same interface like I live in the states without change the billing method and address?

Unfortunately, no. You have to actually live in the USA (own US card) if you want to change the country.
