I just sign with my FB accout can i change my e-mail adress

You created your Spotify account using Facebook.

Spotify is using the email address that is linked to your Facebook account. To change the email that Spotify uses, you will need to change the email linked to your Facebook account.

So if i cannot change my facebook email adress i cannot change email adress which is for using spotify

Your other option would be to create a new Spotify account that uses a username and password to login instead of Facebook. You will be able to choose which email address to use.

Then you can contact support so they can help move over all of your stuff to the new account.
