My Question or Issue

I have changed my email address of which I used to open another sportify account by mistake. I cancelled that account to keep my original family premium account of which I am a member of with my old email address. When cancelling the mistaken account I opened it says it will take 7 days for it to be completely eliminated. I waited 7 days and tried to change my email address in my premium family account but it still says that the new email has already been taken (the email I used in the account I opened by mistake and cancelled 7 days ago) please advise.

In this case, I think it's best if you talk directly to Spotify Support, on this channel. They don't take long to respond.
