changing email

my old email that i used for spotify got hacked. i want to update the email with a new one but i cant remember my password  for spotify to update the email. i also cant reset the password  becaus ei cant use my old email...

any ideas how i can update the email  if i dont know the password for spotify and cant access the email on file to reset my pass??
