HELP ! i have a spotify premium account but I've recently become a student.
I have an NUS card but how can I apply the student discount to my existing account ?
@Jasekats in that case I would get in touch with support directly using the online contact form and they can troubleshoot this a little further with you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have activated my student activation bit, but when i go onto my account it still says my subscripton is 9.99 a month.
when i go try activate it again and i click the uni button it just takes me straight to my account subscription saying it is still 9.99 a month. Do you know how i could fix this?
Hello: If I understand how the Uni discount works. You first need to cancel if you currently have a permium service running, and wait until you are back to a free account. Resign back up to permium so you can then use your Uni discount now.
I am currently using a spotify premium account with 0,99€ for 3 months. Nice offer!
Because I am a student, I plan to change my suscription to spotify student with 5 bucks per month after the special offer that ends in march.

Hi, after several attempts to try to get my NUS student discount I signed up for premium £9.99 thinking I could change it then. Now when I follow the instructions it just takes me back to my account home page. And on my payment history overview order ID12946176061075
it says the price is £9.99 for three months. Whats going on and how can I change it to get my discount?

after i click on the "get premuim with NUS EXTRA it just takes me to my profile.
i have been through every setting on there and there is nothing to do with already having a student card..

Im trying to chnage my premium account to a student account with my NUS extra card but when i click on the NUS discount button it just directs me to my accout options. i therefore cancelled my account to see if it would work but i just does the same, can anyone help?

Spotify is going to charge me for the full £9.99.
I follow the NUS link on this page: https://www.spotify.com/uk/student/
And it sends me straight to my current profile without any option to input my NUS number etc.
Is there anywhere I can go to amend this?
