charge correction help?

I am a student with a .edu account, but I started my spotify account with my facebook, which used a different email. 

After the $.99 promotion, I noticed I got charged $9.99 instead of the student price, so I immediately seeked help and changed my facebook email to my .edu account email.

Two months after, I am still being charged $10.

Is there any way I can get these charges along with my future charges adjusted?

If you cancel your subscription, let your account revert back to free, then resubscribe from the Student page, you should be charged the correct reduced amount.
