charged $9.99 even when i cancele my subscription

i canceled on premium subscription on 01/08/14 and got the message that my subscription cancels on 01/09/14 (and i was aware of it beforehand). now i checked my credit card statement and hav been charged $9.99 even if i know i canceled it a day before the new cycle. this is the second time this has happened to me. please revert the charges and make sure they don't come up again unless i used your premium service again
