charged after canceling subscription

after trying spotify premium for 3 months for 0,99 I canceled my subscription about 10 days ago (the deadline was supposed to be on april 7th, yesterday). I even had to reply your answers about the reasons why I wanted to cancel it.
Now, after more than I week that I had canceled the subscription, I open spotify and it turns out I still got it and I have been charged for it.
Could you please solve this problem, or at least prevent it from happening again next month, when I will try to unsubscribe again?

Hey @jacopofochi,

 

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community.

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
