Hi. I signed up to 3 month Spotify for €0.99 a month. I was charged in November but the decided to cancel the subscription as I wasn't using it at all. I wasn't charged for Dec or Jan. I've just been charged €9.99 for February. I've cancelled it again. However I want a refund for this as I previously cancelled to account.
