charged before my subscription was up

My Question or Issue

my subscription is to end on 10/12/18 but I was charged 9.99 on Sept 11. I have since cancelled my premium plan and have gone back to a free account. Can you provide me with details on why I was charged?

This sounds like you have more than one account subscribed to Premium. In this case, I'd recommend checking out this guide on finding your account.

You can also check your reciepts to see when exactly you have been charged and for what amount.
