From your title it appears that you payed through your phone provider? If this is the case these will be the best people to reach out for help with your account 🙂

 

It may also help just to make sure you have premium acctivated to check here:

I have been on the phone with them twice today and there is nothing they can do as it is a third party bill, only spotify can fix it. Do they have customer service phone number?

I am sorry to hear this. If possible reach out to your mobile provider once more, as they are managing your subscription.
