charged eve. though I cancelled before trial period

I signed for a trial on Nov 18th 2016. I deliberately cancelled before renewal date. I see many people have had a similar situation. I am unable to get any personal support. I am still be charged. I intent to let Pay Pal know of this unscrupulous practice. I need the 2 $9.99 charges removed from my account. I am going to "cancel" again----but need to document that this is my 2nd attempt to get out of this mess.
