Greetings-
I'm a proud Spotify user that used to subscribe to Premium. (I love this service, so I opted to renew my subscription with a new debit card.)

The card has been charged (for a student account)- I wasn't able to complete the prompts on mobile, and thus got charged and still can't log in to Premium.

Login w/ Facebook (FB handle is Hermes Gratis) but I no longer have access to my email used on FB. I trouble-shot each supplied method with no success. I cannot access the email to see the receipt. Signed in and out, uninstalled and reinstalled, and checked subscription (all still saying free even though $ is out of my account.)

My name is Mike Lucas. Please, someone from Spotify, help me figure this out!

We've had a look at your account and the payment attempt on your statement should show as pending/pre-auth, meaning no money's been taken. The funds should reappear on your statement soon. In the meantime, you can check your student discount details and resubscribe here.
