hello wanted to get help on getting payment taken back and charged to the new card on my account any way it can happen?

I'd suggest you to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, or email them at support@spotify.com, so they can check your account from their end, and to provide you the best resolution about this issue.

 

You may also reach them through their twitter account @SpotifyCares, or through their Facebook page.
