charged twice a month

charged twice a month

My account *******@gmail.com.

Is being charge twice a month, One was charged on 26th Jan for the $14.99 and one was charge 3rd feb which is the family plan for $9.99.

02/03/2017 Purchase: 12345678 SPOTIFY USA NEW YORK NY Card: ****9384 02/03/2017 -9.99

This is only the most recent charges.

I am sure this started in December which I was getting the commercial interruption.

Please has someone contact me to let me know that all is credited and my account is charged only once per month

“Welcome to the Spotify Community. There are two things that could have happened here:

  1. You hit the button twice when upgrading. If this is the case the two charges will be on the same date and your next payment date will be 2 months away. You can check by visiting your subscription page here.
  2. You’ve created a second account and subscribed to that one too. Check your other email inboxes for emails from Spotify--that can give you a clue as to where the second account is registered. You can then cancel the second account by following the steps here. Just be sure to check you’re deleting the account without your playlists (check by signing in with both).

I've checked our records and found two accounts registered with your email address. It turns out you have following accounts:

 

  • Spotify Premium that can be accessed with your username kingcon57
  • Spotify Premium that can be accessed using your Facebook login
