charged twice since since changing my subscriptipn

charged twice since since changing my subscriptipn

i had to change my subswcription from premium to unlimited due to low funds

 

spotify has charged me twice during may once on the 16th may for £4.99 and again on 17th may also for £4.99 using request codes 015925 and 016914 respectively.

 

i am now unable to pay another bill because spotify has taken the funds.#

 

what the hell are you lot playing at? i want a refund ASAP

Payment issues would need to be handled directly by a member of Customer Service team. In order to get in touch, scroll up and click on "About us", and then select "contact form".

i already did that and i'm still waiting for some kind of response 8 hours later. Spotify were quick enough when they were taking the money, why can't they be quick in giving it back..

 

having read similar posts here and having seen moderators give solutions and help i thought this would be my best place to look for help. perhaps i was wrong or it just depends on which mod answers your query

Hey, repsonse time in Contact form is 2-4 days.

 

Here, you can get help to general questions, all payment problems etc. should be posted via Contact form.

Payment team can refund you this double pay or just add one month more before your card is charged again.

 

But yes, Payment team can sort it for you. If you want refund, they do it for you. Just wait a response.
