My internet connection dropped midway the familiar plan setup, and i restarted the process, but it went throught and charged me the first and the second time. And it is saying that i dont even have a credit card registered while it also says that my account will be terminated on 03/23/2017. What should i do?

Hey @lukeluke2112,

 

Did you get an email receipt (or two) from Spotify for your subscription purchase?
 
If you didn't get an email receipt for each transaction, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later.
