charged yearly subscription although on monthly subscrition

Spotify deducts the premium monthly subscription, then a few days ago, along with the montly subscription, they deducted a whole years subscription.....$119.886

I read FAQ and went to see my subscription status under my account > subscription, it has been set to yeary...I did not set this....

Glitch in the system? These are not friendly glicth when it takes my money live. Refund my money immediately.
