charging issue

Hi, 

In decemeber I think i bought some sort of family premium account that i can share with people.. but never figured out how to do that. So right now my family is getting charged doible for my family account as well as my dad's account. we were trying to get the most people on our two accounts while spending the least amount of money. if you could help  us with that it would be great. I need to figure out how to share my family premium package with others in my family.
