I hope you do not mind me replying in English.

If you no longer have the phone number that you used to sign up, you can add an email address to your account by following these steps. Then, you can set a password here, so you can log in using the email address and password.

 

If you can't log in to your account to do this, reach out to the Customer Support team through any of these channels so they can give you a hand.
