confirmation email to request extended listening history won't send

I get emails from Spotify, like New login to Spotify emails and, Your Spotify Premium receipt, but when I request my user data such as extended listing history I just don't get the email, Spotify isn't blocked nor is it going into any spam folder in my Gmail account, not sure what to do.

Hey @TuxMan,

I've just tried to request my user data myself as described here and the cofirmatiom email was instantly coming. Maybe you should contact support through the email provided here (contact Spotify) to request your user data.
