country on account not changing

I'm having issues with the country listed in my spotify account. I am subscribed to premium and the payment method has a billing address in the USA, but for some reason, although I have put in the payment details numerous times, the country in my profile won't change from the country I am living in to the US. This is preventing me from joining a Spotify Family account. Is there any way to fix this?

Most of those problems come from a difference between the country shown by the IP address, and the one in your profile.


For you to change the country to US, you need an US IP address.
