crazy account names - premium family

hi, why aren't the account names displayed when I look at my premium family overview?

the are not the same as on the family members login and look like this:

uc9h2wgqgj3904d3bki6gj0p1

what could this be?

Hey @spotischeben

That string of characters is their actual Spotify username, which was assigned automatically to them when they created their account. Fortunately, they aren't something you or them need to remember, since they can simply sign in with their email address.
